P2 : DAY 16 : INJ 16 : 143.4 : (-10.6)

Ok so, sorry I haven't put anything up for 2 days but here's what happened...
I weighed Friday and I was 145.8 which was a gain of 1.4 from the previous day. I did weight 3 hours earlier than the day before and was supposed to be starting TOM (which didn't come until today) When I weighed yesterday I was still 145.8 so I did an apple day. Which was fine with me because my apples are now the favorite food part of the day.

As for my opinion on the argument...it's a new snack that I've never had before without being covered in vanilla ice cream, caramel and sugary granola. Not that I had apple crisp all that often before...maybe 5 times in my life. It's not so much a sweet craving for me as it is a cinnamon craving, and the fact that it's about 10 degrees outside and it's a warm, healthy snack that I will probably have ev en after I'm done with P3. Plus it takes 30 minutes to bake so it puts more time between my breadstick and my lunch or dinner.
I will also make sure that it's a regular healthy snack for Laiken when she's older. It's something very simple that I had never thought to make before. I don't ever crave sweet foods only salty. If I do eat something sweet it's because it's right in front of me, then I have to immediately follow with something that's salty. Must be a family thing. I agree with Susan about the sweetener on the strawberries when they're being eaten whole, by themselves....they're just so incredibly sweet as it is. I think it's better to keep it reserved for when you're making a strawberry smoothie or something Not to start another argument...

ANYHOO!!
I'm down 1.6 after my apple day, plus TOM is here so maybe if I wasn't so bloated it would be less...guess I'll find out in 5 days or so!! I'm wearing a few pairs of undies that my love handles used to bulge out over...BIG MILESTONE FOR ME! Oh and I have to wear a belt now with the Jeans Grandma got me for christmas. Love handles also bulged out over those when I got them.

I've been enjoying my flavored coffees. Millstone makes some delicious varieties that I will probably still drink after this diet because the less creamer..the better! And I don't need it with swiss chocolate almond or vanilly flavored coffee!

So I had coffee today and a breadstick. I'll have an apple in about an hour.

P2 : DAY 13 : INJ 13 : 143.4 : (-10.6)

Still going down...I have a feeling it would've been more if I hadn't taken a bite of that muffin. I just chewed it and spit it out lol. But it was sooooooooo worth it!!

I have the cinnamon apples for my fruit, twice a day, every day. They're just so yummy. I tried to make the strawberry seltzer drink last night, twice and it kept turning into foam that wasn't drinkable. What's the trick Susan?

Yesterday for lunch I had "steak tips" which were actually lean chunks of beef for a stew or something. I overcooked them to a medium well/well so they were pretty tough to chew.

I'm about the have some chicken and spinach before I head to school. That's what I had for dinner too. I hope there isn't a limit to the amount of spinach you can have in one serving because I chop about 5 or 6 fist fulls and boil them, which turns into about a cup after cooked.

And I'm back! Down one pound. Had my coffee today and a breadstick. I'm about to have some cinnamon apples at about 3:30. Then a burger and tomato for lunch. Laiken is teething...this is fun...

P2 : DAY 10 : INJ 10 : 145.8 : (-8.2)

DAMN YOUR DELICIOUS STRAWBERRY SELTZER DRINK SUSAN!! I had my 2 apples yesterday PLUS the 2 strawberries that were in that drink and I gained 0.4 lbs !! BOOO!!!!

DO NOT deviate from the protocol. NO mints, NO peanuts (not even just one) and NO extra teeny tiny bits of food! I'm so disappointed... :*(

Just had my coffee with a HALF a tbsp of milk. That's so I could have another. My baby is loud...she made me wake up early today. Which means I have that much longer to space my meals out. DAMN you, happy baby!! IT'S FINE! No peanuts, mints or extra anything today. I'll just chew on my tongue.

I had chicken breast and steamed chilli-garlic asparagus for lunch, with cinnamon apples of course ;) Then I had tilapia and asparagus for dinner and cinnamon apples, of course. Might have them every day.

P2 : DAY 9 : INJ 9 : 145.4 : (-8.6)

So by now, everybody knows that I didn't lose any weight because I pounded some Ice Breakers sour mints. They're seriously like crack. So now I'm paying for it by not losing any weight for 3 days. Or did I lose .2? Who cares...not signifigant.

Today I had an apple and a breadstick. Oh and coffee with milk.
Then we went to Susan's and she gave us some delicious chicken that she made but she SERIOUSLY skimped on the portions.... I won't hate though. She made sauted (sp?) cabbage with all kinds of stuff in it...I can dig cabbage but NOT that spicy!! She likes it hottt. Good thing I brought along my spinach...I might get kidney stones from all the spinach I eat. Which is just what I need...because I have healthy kidneys anyhow.

She also made some delicious strawberry, lemon, seltzer beverages and baked cinnamon/ stevia apples. My new FAV. Well, my new P2 fav. I'll probably make them really unhealthy and sugary after this diet.

Then I came home and had some more ck breast with some kind of prepared chicken seasoning we have in the spice drawer...more spinach... and a breadstick.
Now I'm going to watch Chelsea and go to sleep as soon as possible so I can eat as soon as possible. AND MAYBE I'LL HAVE LOST SOME WEIGHT! I REPENTED!! I'M SO SORRY PROTOCOL!!!

Today, coffee with a little bit of half and half since there way no milk...just a little.
Breadstix, apple, chilli-garlic tilapia and asparagus...so far.
I might have chicken and spinch for dinner since I had a burger and steak yesterday...might help

P2 : DAY 5 : INJ 5 : 148 : (-6.0)

Down 6 lbs! I'm finally not hungry...I mean...my tummy keeps yelling at me but I'm not desperate to eat anything. I've only had my coffee so far today. I added my tbsp of milk and a splenda and then an additional stevia packet. I thought that would make it taste better. It did not, entirely too sweet. I gagged, I coughed up what I thought would be a hairball but it turned out to be just some dry skin I had licked off my elbow earlier.

I need lotion.

Also, I have no energy. It was difficult for me to stand in the shower and I presume it will be even more difficult to hold my arms above my head to dry my hair.

I was right, I became out of breath and had to sit down while blow drying my hair before my heart beat the F out of my chest and landed on the floor. I feel better now.

Had 2 logs, 4 strawberries, hamburger patty and tomato for lunch. Couldn't finish the tomato GAG. I had my chilli-garlic tilapia and asparagus (NOT overcooked) again.

At the rate I'm going, I hope I still have a boob at the end of my 3 weeks. WHY I GOTTA BE SO LAZY?? Could've just GONE TO THE GYM...cept I can't afford a gym membership...and physically GOING to the gym is the only way I would work out.
Oh SURE I can run up and down the stairs for an hour but...
I have no excuse... :)

P2 : DAY 4 : INJ 4 : 150.2 lbs : (-3.8)

Almost 4 lbs in one day...not too shabby. Just had my coffee with the milk and splenda...oops just remembered we have stevia. Oh well. I only drank half, now it's cold. I guess I'll have my bread logs in a bit since my navel is about to touch my spine.
I had the same thing for dinner that I had yesterday but I overcooked my asparagus on accident so it was mushy >:-P. For lunch I had skrawberries and my steak with grilled onions...I've come to realized that I don't like them unless they have oil and butter on them...so I didn't eat them. I need some SPINACH.

AND... I was right... my pee stinks :)

Today I start eating...nothing

Which is ok with me, after all that disgusting crap I ate for 2 days. I was 153 in the morning yesterday, and today I'm 154. A WHOLE POUND! That's what cookies and Starbucks does ladies...
So far I've had a large coffee with a splenda and a tbsp. of 2%. I'm stuffed to the rafters!

Steak, cooked cut leaf spinach(from frozen), an orange and a piece of melba board at 3:00.

6 strawberries and 2 small dried bread logs at 9:00.

Tilapia and asparagus at 9:30. I'm going to cook it with salt, pepper, chilli powder and garlic powder. That's how I usually cook it 'cept I usually get to use evoo. :*(

Can I soak my strawberry leaves in a stevia bath and eat them too? I love dessert...

The fish was great and the asparagus was better! Little difference without the evoo, I might have it for every meal! My pee is gonna stink
