Must have been the 2 beef meals I had.
Today, coffee with a little bit of half and half since there way no milk...just a little.
Breadstix, apple, chilli-garlic tilapia and asparagus...so far.
I might have chicken and spinch for dinner since I had a burger and steak yesterday...might help

No post for Saturday....better get one up there on Sunday or all your followers are gonna think you quit! (I know she didn't)
