Today I start eating...nothing

Which is ok with me, after all that disgusting crap I ate for 2 days. I was 153 in the morning yesterday, and today I'm 154. A WHOLE POUND! That's what cookies and Starbucks does ladies...
So far I've had a large coffee with a splenda and a tbsp. of 2%. I'm stuffed to the rafters!

Steak, cooked cut leaf spinach(from frozen), an orange and a piece of melba board at 3:00.

6 strawberries and 2 small dried bread logs at 9:00.

Tilapia and asparagus at 9:30. I'm going to cook it with salt, pepper, chilli powder and garlic powder. That's how I usually cook it 'cept I usually get to use evoo. :*(

Can I soak my strawberry leaves in a stevia bath and eat them too? I love dessert...

The fish was great and the asparagus was better! Little difference without the evoo, I might have it for every meal! My pee is gonna stink

  2. I make smoothies with my strawberries. I buy frozen and put a handful in the blender, along with a cup of water, and enough stevia to taste the way I like.

  3. Oh, you can do the smoothie with fresh too. You'd just add some ice.
